Meredith Salge PT

Physical Therapist

Meredith Salge graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business.  She later received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman's University in 2008.  Following graduation she was employed at Children's Medical Center of Dallas working in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, Seating & Mobility Clinic, Low Birth-weight Clinic, serial casting and other specialty clinics throughout the hospital.  In 2012 she also began working in the home health setting, working with children of all ages with varied medical diagnosis.  She also has extensive experience evaluating children for adaptive & mobility equipment.

She was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and is married to her husband Chad.  They have 3 year old twins, Harper & Hayden and a very energetic boxer named Cash.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling and cooking.

Meredith loves working with children and watching them meet milestones that were once very challenging to them.  There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child accomplish tasks that were once considered impossible.
