Accepted Insurance Plans
Our practice accepts several insurance plans. If we do not participate with your insurance and your plan allows out of network benefits, our office staff will assist you with the necessary paperwork so you can receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
If you do not see your insurance listed below, please call the office to speak with our office manager about your individual coverage.
Medicaid Patients: With the changes to Texas Medicaid (Nov 2016), we participate in only a few plans. Please understand that unfortunately it is quite impossible for us to be able to participate in every plan available. We do not participate in any out of state Medicaid plans.
EPO/HMO insurance: Our practice does not participate in any EPO or HMO insurance programs at this time.
